i know, i know, i'm so far behind it's ridiculous!!!  here is week 36 & then i will probably do wks 40-44 all in one post.  :)

day 265: 9/24 mon

did mine & hopp's nails in polka dots!  i love that she is at the stage i can get her to stay still long enough to do her nails.  :)

 day 266: 9/25 tues

sent a letter to my big brother!  :)  see how i addresed it MR Karina? i love giving him a hard time, it also had junk mail in it as that is what he sent me first.  lil buddy is what my oldest started calling him when she was about 4 or 5, he has never been uncle chad, just lil buddy.  i love it!

it rained & rained & the backyard flooded.  :)  we enjoyed it.

q running through the rain, she had a blast & was soaked!!  on a side note, jason & i had our anniversary that day, we have been married for 11 years!  seems only yesterday we said our 'i dos' :)

ok, i'm late, i'm having a crazy work week again.  having presentations really cramps my style. ;o)
here we go...

day 236: sun 8/26

it rained!!!  i let q catch all the rain she could in all the pitchers & buckets we could find.  we ended up having to dump most of it because the mosquitos have been something fierce at our house & west nile has been positive in some that have been caught.  it was fun while it lasted & kept her busy for a while.  :o)

day 237: mon 8/27  FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!
can you guys believe it?!?  i have a SENIOR & a first grader!  crazy...  even hopp had a new daycare to go to so it was new places all the way around. 

showing off my popaganda ulta collection aka porno pink as we call it.  i loved the color in the bottle but it was really see through.  even with 3 layers i could still see through it.  i don't think i will buy ulta brand polish anymore. 

told you it was a busy week!  see those 2 stacks, that's over 660 invitations that needed to go out!  did it in 3 days with all the regular interruptions.

day 238: tue 8/28

ANGELS!!!  so sweet, q had her hand out touching hopp's arm.  yes, hopp sleeps like that all the time.  looks like her arm is about to break off!  poor baby on the floor never made it far in bed that night.  ;)

you guys already saw this but it was my wip for the week.  it turned out so pretty as you will see or have seen already.  :o)

this was what i was going to drink that night but i was waiting on jess to see if she needed a ride & by the time she got home it was too late & we went to bed.  but let me tell you, coconut rum & coke zero are yummy together!!!  as you can tell, these are my instagram pics except for one.  i'm going to start using them because i like the filters & features.  if you want to follow me just look for stephannis :o)

day 173: 6/24 sun

day 174: 6/25 mon

did my nails in the orange that came with the ulta popaganda set.  it wasn't as bright as i originally wanted but it looked good, i liked the more i looked at it.

day 175: 6/26 tues

met up with claudia for some mommy time & the evil bunnies were back!  it's been awhile since i've seen them.  we haven't hit up mez in awhile but before we stopped going, they were MIA, maybe because one of the ears were broken off.  see what happens when you are an evil bunny!!!  :o)  i actually think they were a little cute this time & maybe getting an ear broken off & glued back on taught them a lesson.

day 176: 6/27 wed  no pic today, well i had one but the picture for the 28th was better...


day 177: 6/28 thurs

i've been doing the phones for one hour a day at work, don't ask...  anywho, we have a baby frog!!!  it's so cute.  you may have to click on the pic to really see it.  it was a tadpole, i swear like yesterday, now we have a baby frog, they grow up so fast.  ;)  

day 178: 6/29 fri

pouty hopp, didn't get a good nap in & didn't want to look or talk to anyone & when i started to take her pic she went hysterical & put her hands in front of her face, didn't work we were still in the car with her.  we spent the night in dallas & went to nrh2o with the kiddos...

day 179: 6/30 sat

so we are at the hotel getting ready & out our window is a tower...  that's right we stayed in the dfw airport!!!  priceline gave us this hotel at the price we asked & because we bid on a price they don't tell you were it's at.  this hotel was amazing but the food & amenities were outrageous!!!  anyway, it was pretty cool to look out the balcony at the planes.  on a greater note, we got jess back from her 5wk stay with her dad.  we sure did miss her & are so glad to have her back!!!  :o)

day 159: sun 6/10

got my first manicure in for-ever!!!  i usually have a pedi about 3-4x per year but never a mani.  it was nice & much needed for my cuticles.  i love my mani/pedi girl waited forever on her & it was totally worth it, look at my cute nail art she put on my ring finger.  both of my ring fingers had the same thing.  the pink polish is from color club called all that razz but i was told that we are suppose to call it porno pink!  love it!!!

oh texas how hot must you really have to be???  i think my car was super hot because it actually only hit 107 but who cares after it hits the 100 mark, it's all hell hot after that.  :)

q came home from summer rec with a busted ring finger...  she put her hand on the pool table & a ball smashed it.  luckily it was just badly bruised & nothing was broken.  as you can see on the left side of the pic it was swollen from the top side & on the right side is a pic of it from the under side.  that thing was black, blue & purple.  i've never seen anything like it!

day 163: thurs 6/14

we were suppose to go to the dr suess festivities all weekend but i got really sick with allergies gone bad.  this was what your lanyard could have looked like, minus some of the pins, each time you went to a dramatic reading you got a pin from the book that was read.  how cute is that?

day 164: fri 6/15  no pics was a sick girl!


day 165: sat 6/16

went to a different sonic than our usual one & it was horrible it was like beach sand!  that crap was everywhere!  they enjoyed time on the playground, hopp about to get on the stairs to go down one of the slides.  :o)

my sister was down this weekend & we took cousin p with us to play.  they had a great time!

hopp & i took a nap while q went with my sister & her family to my brother in laws family in town & went swimming.  after nap hopp & i went to the mall to do a little retail therapy & she was an angel!  so she got to ride bob the builder's tractor. 

at dinner time we went to taco bueno & had dinner with everyone.  my mom came with us too.  had a great weekend & it went by way too fast!  i wish my sister & i lived closer than 5hrs away from each other!

i finally found their day bed at a garage sale for $35!!!  can you believe it?  they are now sleeping better & a little longer.  it's not fancy but hey, i'm not complaining!!!

it was memorial day & i posted this pic on fb.  it's my neighbor that has the gorgeous yard.  he always flies his flag on important days.  we use to but our flag pole bracket came off the house & our american flag is in bad condition

my glitter nails.  i used the wet n wild brand.  they turned out so pretty!



look how cute, it's a super tiny little mushroom on my dilapidated fence.  i've never seen them before.  not for sure how i saw them in the first place but i love it!  there are several along the fence but i got a really good pic of this one.



day 148: wed 5/30

i did the girls nails to match my glitter nails.  they maybe lasted to morning the next day but it made them happy & i can't pass up a happy girl moment!!!  :o)

day 149: thurs 5/31

did hopp's hair this morning.  she asked for a braid so we did the mini braid.  it's hard to see on her hair because she is dark headed but it was so cute & she was happy.  :o)

we started going to a play date group on saturdays, this was our first one.  the girls had a blast!  we love saturday mornings now!  :o)

day 133: mon 5/14

i hit the jackpot at heb the other day & got both of these colors of polish for only $1!!!  they are made by wet n wild & are a part of the wild shine collection.  the blue is called blue moon & has the prettiest shade of deep royal with a hint of green in it & the glitter is called kaleidoscope.  it isn't blue but i put 2 layers on top of 1 layer of the blue.  i just did the ring finger in glitter & it turned out so pretty.  yes, claudia, it's my glitter accent nail i talked about on pinterest one day.  :o)

hopp was being such a good girl at the shoe store in the mall that i let her ride one of the cars right outside the shoe store.  :o)  she was the happiest little girl in the world right at that moment, these are the moments that i wanted to record & why i started this blog.  look at that sweet face, could she smile any bigger?!?

day 137: fri 5/18

it's field day at school, i did her hair in a mini braid & then added the long braid to the big pony.  :o)



look at that stance!  she is getting so big!!!  i think that is her fave shirt, kitty with headphones & it's sparkly.  :)

after field day & then lunch they had their awards ceremony.  she had really cute little awards for each kiddo that was a different candy bar.  q got the "milky way" award.  she loved it & i guess had never had a milky way.  she loved it so much she said she wants a milky way everyday!  yeah right!!!  ;)

q wanted to give everyone a thank you card in her class for being her friend but i came up with friendship bracelets (of course the idea came from pinterest, here's the site for my idea), i will post all of them in week 21 but we started working on them friday evening.  i found an easy 5-strand braid & she caught on really quickly.  this was the first one she did all by herself!

day 138: sat 5/19

after going to a crazy i just happen to see in the paper's listings for a daybed, a wooden one at that, that i have been waiting for, for over a month or two, & it was only $35 for the day bed & the trundle!!!!!  ok, i'm done rambling, we headed to the park.  it was early so it was beautiful with the sun out & the air had a crisp chill to it.  i say perfect morning!  i love this pic of hopp's hair with sunlight caught in it.  what a little angel!!!

q & i finally talked hopp off the swings, it's all she wants to do anymore at the park!  i caught them coming down, i slowed them down just enough to catch this pic, look at the happiness on q's face.  omg, she loves her sisters!!!

and slow enough to catch this one too.  love those cheesy little smiles!!!  yep that's morning hair, didn't even take the time to really fix their hair, but who cares?  not me, saturdays are for fun not fussing with hair!!!  :o)

now that i'm caught up maybe i can get next weeks in time.  :o)  have a great week & 3 day weekend, & don't forget to thank a veteran or active service man/woman for all they have & will be doing for us!!!
